COCOON

CocoonTM Amniotic X-Membranes are resorbable, chorion free, cross-linked
human amnion allografts derived from donated human birth tissue. CocoonTM
Amniotic X-Membrane is supplied dry. CocoonTM Amniotic X-Membrane
(Hydrated) is supplied in saline. These allografts are intended for homologous use
as a wound covering.
CocoonTM Amniotic X-Membranes are intended for use in one patient, on a single
occasion only. Only qualified health professionals should implant CocoonTM
Amniotic X-Membranes. This product is processed aseptically and terminally
sterilized.
